Had a strange hand earlier with this guy where he called my PF 3-bet, called my 3-bet on a dry board, and tried to bluff me out on the river with a 25% of the pot bet on a blank card that I won by calling him down with AK (he had AJ).

I played this hand assuming he is a weak fish.

      Hello,

Is 4bb your standard sizing here?

Postflop looks good to me, but I'd rather bet the turn bigger - $1.4.
When he raises there I don't think anything but calling will be better, since folding is way too weak, and stacking off is probably going to isolate us against flushes mostly.

Once we hit a full on the river, stacking off is the best thing to do.

      Best,
      Plamen
