      Hero (UTG): $54.65 (109.3 bb)
      MP: $17.73 (35.5 bb)
      CO: $50.75 (101.5 bb)
      BTN: $123.61 (247.2 bb)
      SB: $50 (100 bb)
      BB: $26.68 (53.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K K
Hero raises to $1.75, 2 folds, BTN calls $1.75, 2 folds

      Flop: ($4.25) 9 7 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $3, BTN raises to $9, Hero folds

      $10.25 pot ($0.46 rake)
      Final Board: 9 7 8
Hero mucked K K and lost (-$4.75 net)
BTN mucked and won $9.79 ($5.04 net)

With only 10% F raise I don't feel too bad folding this hand here

His raising range imo, might be quite tighter than this.

      MP2    39.86%  38.43%   1.43% { KhKc }

Such an easy fold. His range is sets, two pair, and big draws, which, as you have shown, has you crushed. Doing anything other than folding in this spot is a huge leak. Getting all the money in here used to be one of my favourite ways to spew off stacks.

I think its an easy fold. Not sure his even flating all those hands against UTG open, but you are already behind against such wide range, it only gets worse against tighter range. I doubt he's raising JJ here.

why not check-call? if you think he will raise you with draws and nuts and probably bluff a few combos knowing this board is perfect for it. And fold all you have beat to a cbet.. while when you check he will bet all lower pocket pairs, draws, nuts, maybe some air.

i would check call flop and turn and probably fold river... for sure if it is a spade. Not really sure that a guy with agro freq 28 on river will be bluff heavy there.

Bet/fold FTW here. He won't raise as many draws as you put in there imo, some will still just call. Anyway, checking to call is also OK but if we look at his WTSD we see he is probably not folding too much after he calls the flop so our KK will get quite a bit of value from his lower pairs. Check/calling is perfectly valid, especially when betting doesn't get us value but here I think it's Bet > Check since he goes to showdown often. That said, if he bets his thin value hands that would call our cbet anyway, we can revert to saying Check >> Bet.

I definitely agree with the thought of not insta-cbetting this board with our hand. :s_thumbsup:
