I raise 4x which is standard here and get 2 callers. Btn then decides to squeeze 3x my raise and I am sandwiched with 2 players still to act. Btn's vpip/pfr is 18/9. Is a 4bet best here. I am thinking just a flat call here and evaluate on the flop??

UTG+1 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, MP1 calls $0.40, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0.40, CO folds, BTN raises to $1.20, 2 folds, Hero???

I would just 4bet and get it in

Various Factors which make 4betting better or worse
      -High VPIP: Good
      -Low PFR: Bad
      -Less than 100bb: Good
-Squeeze pot with more dead money: Good
-Fullring where everyone has tighter 3bet ranges: Bad

I don't like the option of calling too much and I think if 4betting with AK is +EV we should be more inclined to take that option especially when we are OOP.

Considering all the various factors I think AK should be barely profitable here if we 4bet.

You shouldn't be that worried about the callers, they should have made a 3-bet earlier with QQ+ -type of hands. And I guess when BU has such a VPIP/PFR -ratio he is a bad player and doesn't care whether you are an UTG opener or you open from CO --> Makes me to think that stack-off is good.
