      He raises into 2 persons and signifies strength. However this board is very drawy and he has high check raise and aggression tendencies making his range much weaker and weighted towards draws.

      I think I will discount the strength of his hands because I don't think he's aware that check raising multi way has less fold equity. Given all these I will say his hand is weak and full of draws and I think I'll call the flop.

      However it's worthy to take note that his aggressive tendencies are not high on the turn and river. This means he is usually checking the turn and river after check raising the flop. We can then assume that if he continues to bet the turn and river he has a strong hand.
