Villain seems to be a reg, 25/20 in 217h, 1.4 AF

Flop I cBet standard for value
Turn I cBet on the smaller size to be sure I get another call from JJ/TT, maybe QQ. I do not feel like I should protect.
I am also getting value from Ax and setting myself up a shove on the river vs AQ, maybe AJ

River when he donks I don't see the point in raising.
JJ gets there, AJ gets there. OTOH maybe he blockbets QQ, AQ?

Not sure.. Can I call a bet here?

      Hey NightShadePMC,

Preflop is fine, especially if villain has a low fold-to-3bet.

Flop cbet is good, definitely a small sizing works, I'd even bet $2.20.

Turn play is villain dependent. If he has a low Ftcbet in 3bet pots it might be a very strong play to check turn here and let villain bluff because as you point out, protection is not vital here. Your small bet is decent though.

On the river I'd consider folding. Usually river donk like this represents a decent amount of strength, and I'd expect to see AJ+ a lot. His sizing doesn't suggest a bluff either.
