      My flop play is so bad. UTG is a fish and a just have to bet. Planing for turn shove but spade is action killer.

      Hey,

      Flop is definitely a raise imo. The bet is just too small.. it doesn't build a pot. On the turn, I think you can still shove for value. Other sets call, pair + FD still calls, he won't have flushes only in his calling range. After just calling turn, river play is good. Now I do think only flush will call your raise even if it's not as big.

      Main thing though imo is to raise the flop here, like you also noticed.
