villain is type which calls 3 streets with bottom, mid pair.
pre: usually i'm raising 3x, but when is more fishes at the table, raise is 4x.
flop: Plan was to bet 2-3 streets. His call include 8x,6x,5x,p+sd,sd,oesd, random floats, nuts and small pairs.
turn: terrible card. Process was something like this. I could check here and get to the showdown. He is passive and I don't expect him to bet 8x,6x,5x, floats, 4x. Decide to b/f. Reason is I hate checking to passive fishes(losing the initiative) and maybe get to the showdown when he shows something like 6x (too many times this happens).
river: good card. And now we can get value from weaker 2pairs.

      Hello,

      Preflop raising is fine.

Postflop is good as well, as long as you are confident in your reads on him that he's calling down light.
I would bet bigger on the flop - $0.3-$0.35, and probably a little bit less on the river, but this is fine as well.

      Nice hand.

      Best,
      Plamen
