      villain is laggy 34/39/5.
I was surprised by his flop check, I would expect him to bet this flop 100% of the time and I was going for a check/raise.
Since he didn't bet, I lead the turn, and when he raises I really think he is bluffing most of the times, and I 3bet smallish in order to make him shove over the top with draws or what not.

      Is my line good ?

      Hey,
Like I said before, I'm not crazy about checking this flop - even if he'll bet very often, you really don't want to give him a free card, so I'd just go ahead and bet 3$ - you'll even get bluff-raised every now and then, so imo it's more profitable than check/raising.
Easy shove on the turn against such a loose player, but I'd rather shove directly to his 10$ raise (again, because he'll occasionally just flatcall and you don't want to see a river diamond)
