Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:spade: J:club:

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2 BB, fold, BB calls 1 BB

      Flop: (4.5 BB, 2 players) 9:club: 7:spade: 8:spade:
BB checks, Hero bets 3.36 BB, BB calls 3.36 BB

      Turn: (11.22 BB, 2 players) 5:heart:
BB checks, Hero bets 6 BB, BB calls 6 BB

      River: (23.22 BB, 2 players) 9:heart:
BB bets 13 BB, Hero calls 13 BB

He is floating a lot, and I think I have often dominant hand, and try on turn to fold his middle/bottom pair. On turn he hits often set or two pairs which he would raise me, and on river I see it as bluff or missed draw. Is it too optimistic?

I like the idea of contiuing your bluff on the turn. However, on the river he always bets with what you said his turn range is: 2pairs, sets (or now trip 9s/FH), maybe a straight. A set or 2 pair won't raise turn on 4 to a straight, maybe you missed that board development. That makes river a very ambitious call. I think fold > raise > call. Calling is the worst option when he block bets with what is 90% of the time better than AJ high.
