villain seems a bit fishy over 27 hands (67/13)

Party, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

      BB: $7.88 (78.8 bb)
      CO: $12.90 (129 bb)
      SB: $3.61 (36.1 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $17.28 (172.8 bb)
      UTG: $13.21 (132.1 bb)
      MP: $17.14 (171.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 7 7
UTG folds, MP calls $0.10, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.40, 2 folds, MP calls $0.30

      Flop: ($0.95) Q 6 7 (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $0.60, MP calls $0.60

      Turn: ($2.15) T (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $1.64, MP raises to $3.28, Hero calls $1.64

      River: ($8.71) 3 (2 players)
MP bets $6.21, Hero calls $6.21

      $21.13 pot ($1.00 rake)
      Final Board: Q 6 7 T 3
Hero mucked 7 7 and lost (-$10.49 net)
      MP showed 9 8 and won $20.13 ($9.64 net)

i feel like i misplayed this hand but i don't know where, and i'd like to know what it says about my thinking (if i did misplay it).

it's a relatively dry flop, and he checkraises ott. i don't consider it a bluf but at the same time i don't beat many of his value hands besides Q7s, QT/pocket 66. i decided to play WA/WB and just call him down but i'm not so sure if it's good now.

      Hi DrDunne,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: This line is always a strong hand so it's a matter of looking at what we beat.

TT got there and so did 89 and both are part of his range.

TT is 3 combos, 89 is 16 combos.

He can also have 66 and maybe some 2p like QT/Q6/Q7 for a total of 3+9+3+3 combos (maybe more if he plays Q6/Q7o).

So given that we are ahead at least some part of his range we can call on the turn and play the river (hope to fill up). On the river I would also just call because I think that everything that raised turn can bet unless we have any reason to think that 2p don't bet anymore.
