      Hey everyone!
I'd like to ask how long does usually take a normal verification process, so I can withdraw. I think it could be less than 14 days, still in my case nothing has happened yet. I sent my documents on 6th March and then, when I was trying to know what has jammed, Ladbrokes answered I have to email them a clear copy of a debit card (I send them a copy which was partially blacked). So I did that and no one has responded since 11th March (I wrote them 3 times). Do they just hate me, or is anybody experiencing similar problem? :s_mad:

      Hey marunek,

I wouldn't be worried, just keep in contact with them regularly.

Also regarding 14days, remember to take weekends into consideration.
So it may be 14 "working days".

      Regards.

      Kyle.

      +1, keep in contact :)

Security checks vary from account to account as well so there is no set time for them to be completed.

      Best regards,
