Is it better shove flop? I bet so small on river because he seems to give up anyway.

      Hey,

Preflop I usually prefer 4betting. Pot odds are good but playability of our hand sucks quite a bit even IP and we have a good hand for 4bet bluff (Ax).

As played, I think betting against the missed cbet is perfectly fine. When raised, I would usually fold but if you think he is wide enough and want to bluff him later, I prefer calling. His check/raising range should be quite polarised and you represent a strong hand a lot better when you just call, especially since you have Ac in your hand. Knowing this, river sizing is perfect. He usually has a hand like 99 that just got fancy and folds or complete air... Imo, he would bet turn or river with a made hand so his range is always extremely weak, meaning a small bet will work just as often as a big one.
