      Board is super dry and after he called my cbet i decided to play wa/wb dont know is that correct ?! But i think alleast he have strong A on river i think fold is best option cause i dont beat any thing from his range ( dont bealive that he would bet A9s type off hand)

      You open UTG, you have a player that folds to cbets quite a bit. You have a combination of scary board that hits your range and a player that folds to cbets in general with a range that doesn't hit that board,

      Cbetting won't get you value. I would start by checking flop, you just look too strong when you cbet imo.

      As played, he probably has you beat quite often from how you describe him because he folds his flop air often, AT got there and he might have AK in his range from preflop as well. Basically what happens most often is exactly this hand: you cbet against someone that never calls worse and then you get to the turn against a strong range, check/cry call and then check/cry fold river. You almost never get to showdown since they always play flop perfectly.
