I opened this hand from utg cause all other player were tight and my target was this villain. I dont know should i just call or shove river i guess he can raise sets and two pairs but would he call 3 bet river shove or am i isolating myself against A10 only ??

Flop - this flop is pretty dry and you can cb this, you usually take it down with a small half pot cb.

Turn - we turn equity so we can

River - I think he could check raise set or 2p here and call it off so ill consider raising over for value, however his low aggression and deep stacks discourage this. I think he could have a fair bit of AT in his range given his low aggression and by re raising we isolate against it and get to raise against us again.
