Same Villain from last exmpl. 45/30 low ag f 1.1, fold to 3 bet 16%, 4 bet 15% wtsd 52%
I saw him called 3 bet oop with A7o, JJ, AQo, A6s
So i started to punish his loose preflop game with lot off 3 bets
Should i go for thin value on river and jam to stack off 99-JJ or 2 streets are enough and i am only get call by better hands ?

Pre flop - I think your 3bet here is too loose. Against a 30% range that's calling often to 3bet and cb we prefer raising A2o here to your hand because A high has more showdown value. I'll rather fold Q9s.my 3bet against him would be something like A9+ KJ+ 88+

Flop - ok cb but I don't think he's folding much though.

Turn - bet for value since he has such a high wts.

River - I think it's a clear value bet here. His high wts suggests he's calling very wide. Any pair or even A high is calling.
