Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is CO with K:club: Q:spade:
1 fold, MP raises to $0.20, Hero raises to $0.60, 3 folds, MP calls $0.40

      Flop: ($1.35) 5:heart: 7:heart: Q:club: (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $0.70, MP raises to $1.85, Hero calls $1.15

      Turn: ($5.05) 6:diamond: (2 players)
MP bets $2.90, Hero calls $2.90

      River: ($10.85) A:heart: (2 players)
      MP bets $5.98, Hero folds

Less stats to say anything about villain.

Preflop: Villain has opened a lot and i think 3bet there is good for value.
Flop: Cbet standard, after he raises i think he has a lot of flush draws, 55,77, KQ, AQ, KK, AA
Turn: Safe for me and his bet is not too big. Call and reevaluate river
River: Worst card in the deck imo. Fold should be here the only option, nothing to beat here. No other info so i think fold is right here.

      Hi Larts,

Preflop: Since it's just a min raise we can 3-bet for value.

Postflop: The only thing we beat on the river is a bluff but I feel that at 10nl we can even fold the turn because I doubt that we beat much, unless villain is a maniac (and we don't have that info).

hey bogdan - if we are folding the turn then why not just fold to the raise on the flop? on the flop we have to question how often we will face a turn barrel and what cards we're happy continuing on, and i really think we'll face a turn barrel a lot. is it not just best to cbet our TPGK for value and give up once we get raised?

what is the reason why calling the flop raise is better than just folding? are we hoping villain has bluffs AND will shut down once called?

      thanks

Some people attempt these small raises with pairs that they like turning into a one time bluff.

So yes, I do think that often you will see them shut down at these limits.
