I don't know how good is barreling against him, because he doesn't like to fold. Usually after getting 2 calls here I just give up on river, becuase his range will be mostly Kx, but against him maybe we should fire a 3rd barrel? We can fold out better draws, and pockets. Or maybe check/raise/fold on the turn? Now it seems burning money 2 barrel him if not barreling river, but not sure ?(

      flop - bet is fine.

turn - i think betting again is ok although hes not folding much we have flush draw and a gutshot. i dont really like the idea of a check raise because firstly he could check behind (he doesnt bet vs missed CB all so often) and he does not give up his CB to raise suggesting hes calling whatever he bet with.

river - keep in mind here that his BB pre flop calling range is strong so it makes sense that hes not folding alot to CB on flop and turn so i think he has a hand here like Kx that isnt giving up and only a small part of his range is AQ, AJ AT flushdraw and TT that could give up. so i think check here is best.
