      The guy is a fish, his fold to contibet is 33(9), but a lot of times I am ahead of him.

      Hello,

      Preflop raising is fine.

      Just check/fold the flop here. The guy has quite a loose calling range, so he has a lot of broadways/Ax/Qx/draws here to continue with and he doesn't look aggressive so I don't expect him to bluff a lot if we check.

      When he raises folding is fine.
