He 3bets vs BU 15%, so I thought it is ok to 4bet with playable hand. On flop I am not sure if I should bet or bluff catch? I think my hand is too weak to bluff catch. Turn I wanted to bet to make his AJ+ fold or some PP which doesnt call until all in. River I give up since nothing worse calls here.

How should I adapt versus him in future when I see that he floats with air no outs on flop OOP and calls 4bet with crap OOP? Is it ok to 3bet AJ+ or even 77, 88?

Preflop is OK imo. I would usually choose hands with blockers for more equity and folding equity but a cold 4bet looks strong enough usually to get enough folds preflop. Postflop, I agree with how you played actually.. I don't think your hand is strong enough to bluffcatch either and you can turn it into a bluff sometimes but also get some value.

When you see him play like that, just depolarise your ranges preflop, and raise and good playable hands because he already proved he calls way worse. A hand like JTs becomes a value 3bet against him. Yes, calling might still be better with that hand type sometimes but 3betting will not iso you against better hands, neither will 4betting it seems.
