Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J:diamond: K:heart:

fold, MP raises to 2 BB, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 7 BB, MP calls 5 BB

      Flop: (14.5 BB, 2 players) 2:diamond: Q:club: 7:diamond:
Hero bets 4 BB, MP calls 4 BB

      Turn: (22.5 BB, 2 players) 4:diamond:
Hero bets 12 BB, MP calls 12 BB

      River: (46.5 BB, 2 players) 3:diamond:
Hero checks, MP bets 23.24 BB, Hero calls 23.24 BB

I 3bet as bluff, he folds 70%. Also he is a new player and I usually choose them to 3bet as bluff since they fold more often, and I increase my 3bet stat (vs reggs I 3bet for value only).
Is cbet ok? Turn I cbet again to fold PP, and I have fd. On river I am not sure if I should bet. Probably he calls still with Qx and even maybe some PP. So I think it is bad what I did, he rarely calls flop and turn and then turns into bluff.

Pre, flop and turn are fine. River I think it becomes a check/fold. If he has Kd or Qd he can often vbet plus he doesn't have hands that heturns into a bluff imo. sets and midpairs with a diamond now have enough showdown value to just check behind. I think you should not call that bet.
