Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J:spade: A:heart:

UTG raises to 3.5 BB, Hero calls 3.5 BB, fold, BTN raises to 6 BB, fold, fold, UTG calls 2.5 BB, Hero calls 2.5 BB

      Flop: (19.5 BB, 3 players) 2:spade: 2:club: 8:diamond:
UTG checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

      Turn: (19.5 BB, 3 players) 5:spade:
UTG checks, Hero bets 10 BB, BTN calls 10 BB, fold

      River: (39.5 BB, 2 players) 6:spade:
Hero bets 21 BB, BTN raises to 77 BB, fold

I call because UTG plays often on small cards board check fold. (cbet only 54%). When bu min raises I call to hit nuts. Is it ok to bet turn and river? I put him on AQ+. His line doesnt make much sense. It looks like he is slowplaying 88? Would you call his raise with any PP?

Preflop is not good. Although AJo might be OK just against UTG, you are in MP so you have to worry about all the other players behind. In BU it is a different story. Your flatting and 3betting ranges should be different against UTG from MP, CO, BU, SB and BB, you should not have a static range.

Postflop seems OK though.. It's more likely he hit a flush with AQs type hand on the river than slowplaying 88 but you are definitely beat. :)
