      Had little information about villain, 34/28 over 45 hands. I think my play until turn is okay, but what about river play. Is C/C okay line here? It was a good spot for villain to bluff missed FD IMO, but since Q can well be in his range, not sure about calling such big bet.

      i agree with pre flop 3bet for value and flop and turn lines.

      on river i think there are many busted draws like AJ AK(if he didnt 4bet) and flush draws that would have busted and check/call is max value line. it isnt really big since it puts you all in and busted flush draws would have played this way.
