Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.04 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $6.44
      SB:
      $7.18
      BB:
      $6.32
      MP2 (Hero):
      $12.17
      MP3:
      $9.65
      CO:
      $4.45

      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q, K.
Hero raises to $0.12, MP3 raises to $0.36, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.80, MP3 folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.42.

Villain is a 25/21/1,5AF/10,5 3bet/216 hands. Should be better to 4bet/fold than call and play oop, right?

      Hey Adsefghijk,

Theoretically in this particular spot bluffing is probably better than flat-calling OOP.

However given that it is UTG vs MP I'd assume that villain is very rarely bluffing even if his overall 3bet stat is high. This will not be a profitable play in the long run unless you are certain villain is 3betting light UTG vs MP, most players aren't at these limits.
