      Hero (BTN): $8.08 (161.6 bb)
      SB: $5 (100 bb)
      BB: $2 (40 bb)
      UTG: $7.80 (156 bb)
      MP: $5.58 (111.6 bb)
      CO: $12.50 (250 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q Q
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.25, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.70, 2 folds, MP calls $0.45

      Flop: ($1.47) 5 T J (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $0.95, MP raises to $2.05, Hero raises to $7.38 and is all-in, MP calls $2.83 and is all-in

      Turn: ($11.23) 6 (2 players, 2 are all-in)
      River: ($11.23) Q (2 players, 2 are all-in)

      Results:
      $11.23 pot ($0.47 rake)
      Final Board: 5 T J 6 Q
      Hero showed Q Q and won $10.76 ($5.18 net)
MP showed J J and lost (-$5.58 net)

Villain is 30/23 over 103 hands.
This check-raise looks much like a semi-bluff for me and since there is so many bad turn cards for me, I found shoving the best option. I would put him on range like this: TT+,55,AJs+,KQs,QJs,JTs,98s,AJo+,KQo. Against this range I would have ~53% equity on flop.

      Hi Riks,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Given he opened 5x and then called a 3-bet just to ck/raise us I do not think this is a semibluff.

We are looking at sets and maybe 2p and that's pretty much it. And for me it is a bet/fold 111 BB deep.
