was this a good call on river by me?
since he checked on flop, i didnt think he had a 10, because slow playing that, i didnt think he would do, so therfore i called his bluff on river

First of all, you can't play SSS on NL2, so you better start playing SSS on NL10, or BSS on NL2/NL4.

Preflop raise to $0.10 (poster = limper) Your continuation bet on the flop is somewhat low, try to bet 2/3pot, so $0.13 instead.
After his call it's check/fold for you until the river (unless you hit something). The chance that he is holding a T is too big now.

Also please remove the results, they're not important. It's all about whether you play the hand correctly or not.

NL2 is too random even though you raise to 4BB etc.

If he had a Ten, he would bet out. They are not as deceptive as on higher limits.
On the turn, this is confirmed that he doesnt have a ten as he checks again. So you fire out again but with no result as usual on NL2.

Then he suddenly bets on the river. My opinion is that he doesnt have a Ten as I could have read that from the Flopplay and Turnplay.
So I should reraise accordingly (3 times).

any overpair would have bet already on the flop so your most of the times ahead.

      Good luck at NL10
