Is check raise plan on turn ok? I guess thats the only way that the money goes in. It is only bad if he takes free card, but in that way I wouldnt take a lot of money anyway.

Is overbet river ok, or I get more money in a long run by betting 3/4?

I think turn c/r is fine but I would c/r bigger. He bets 1bb, pot is 23.5bb, raise to 30bb and then shove river. Overbet is fine but you can definitely avoid such a big overbet with a bigger turn raise, I think it makes it a bit more likely you get light calls with a pot size bet when you make it like 30bb on the turn. :)
