Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.04 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $5.00
      SB (Hero):
      $29.13
      BB:
      $1.69
      MP2:
      $1.68
      MP3:
      $5.52
      CO:
      $5.33

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7, 7.
MP2 folds, MP3 raises to $0.16, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.14, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.36) 9, T, 6 (2 players)
      Hero checks, MP3 checks.

      Turn: ($0.36) 6 (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.23, MP3 calls $0.23.

      River: ($0.82) 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.58, MP3 folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.82.

Villain is a 17/13/4,3AF/194 hands. No point in betting the turn, because nothing worse calls, and nothing better folds? However, if I check the turn, he'll likely bet his whole range. So, should it be c/c turn, c/c blank river?

      Hey Adsefghijk,

      Preflop/Flop are fine.

I would still bet turn here for thin-value protection. Hands like KQ/KJ, flush-draws, gutshots, may call, and it's also not a bad outcome for you if villain folds a hand like AJ that still has 6 outs. On a blank river you could check/call with this hand.

On the 8 river betting for value is ok. I'd make it smaller because villain's range is weak-ish. Check/calling wouldn't be unreasonable either.
