      Co is fish 70/0 over 13hands . its good to 3bet here?
      And flop is fold? because i can beat only flush draws + some bluffs.

      Preflop can also be a call and that way you keep the 100bb fish in the pot. You usually get more from him than from the reg but 3betting should still be +EV.

      After BU calls, what range do you put him on? What is his hand strength on that board with that range? How do you compare to that? Can you vbet?

      Imo, after you bet you assume he calls enough Qx and K. Do you think he would raise a worse hand than QT? I think your equity is very marginal here, against his range I don't expect you to be a big favourite.

      Since you know he is a regular, I often take a passive line here and check/call flop. A reg will stab when you check and won't give you value when you bet since you are expected to hit this board plus he actually hits this board well when he isos and then flats your 3bet.
