PRE: Villain is NIT, i think calling preflop would be better cus these guys continue with a very strong range against 3bet so i get more money when i call.
Flop: STD cbet there. He called so his range is TT-AA, AKs, AQs
      Turn: Potcontrol
River: As played the only hand he can do it here is QQ, everything else beats me.

i think you made a bad fold... we need reads to assume that he will slowplay AA here. normally it's best to assume he 4bets these so we can happily exclude AA from his range. you have the nuts on the flop, and when you bet he can easily call with worse. i can't see why you shut down on the turn but it looks like you were worried about the flush. i think you should just be barrelling the turn and shipping the river because imo there is absolutely no reason to believe you are behind.

Preflop I like 3betting and it has more value than calling.

As played, you can bet slightly bigger on the flop and prepare a shove on the turn.

As played, I'd just ship the turn.

On the river, if we give him this range - QQ-JJ,AdKd,AdQd we have around 55%, and it is likely that he goes broke with FD with two overs on the flop, so I'd call here for sure.
