      Hey,

      His sizing looks commiting to me, I would not flat anything tbh, I would always shove for thin value. Maybe it's wrong to assume he never bluffs with that sizing so then calling becomes a good option but at first I would assume that's a commiting sizing from UTG and I would shove or fold all hands.
