      Preflop would've been a 4bet but I don't think it's always necessary since you usually make them fold quite a few worse hands and you don't get much value, 4betting there looking very strong. I think calling is fine.

      Postflop though, I would bet biffer on the flop in your spot , call or raise turn, definitely bet on the river.

      Let's think about his range a bit: he c/c flop, so he can have Jx, Tx, QQ+ (it's not a great flop for QQ+ so he might check like 50% of the time), some AK, AQ, KQ hands he decided to check/call with equity/showdown value, but not too likely. On the turn he leads so now he looks like he likes his hand more since you bet small and doesn't want to miss value. Once he checks river, you have the best hand about 99.99% of the time so it's a clear value shove.
