      When you raise from UTG you are expected to be quite strong. You cbet a drawy board, your opponent that usually folds to cbets a lot of the time now raises. Your hand is a bluffcatcher now against him. Next question is: What is his bluff range? If you look into it a bit you see his bluff range is good draws, which put together with his value range makes your AA too weak to call, let alone 3bet, therefore your action against his raise should be to fold.
