      Ok ,

So guy is kinda fishy I have no notes on him.
Should we check river instead or block bet it. When he cx/raise this river he always have strong but come on : all flushes busted , there wasonly one draw completed on River.

When I was looking at his AF I though guy always bluff on River and that's why I called. But later on I thought about it and ding dong , this kind of fish rather donk busted draws than cx/raise and cx/raise with his AF means that he play passively nuts and answer wth it on river right ?

Not only would he probably lead most busted draws but if you check his AFq you see it's not high at all. This means he doesn't raise or bet that often. Usually when fishy players raise when a draw gets there, they have that one draw. I think value betting the river is OK and folding even to such a small raise is the way to go against this opponent.
