feel like i misplayed this hand. i opened A7s utg because there were 2 fish in the blinds but maybe it's still a bit loose.

BU is 14/13 over 147 hands.

on the flop i cbet since i have good equity but im not super pleased about his flop continuing range. i don't ever expect floats on this flop texture so i have no clue why i didn't just 2nd barrel to avoid such tough decisions. i called just to hit my flush or A on the river, but then when i actually hit my A i realised im probably behind and he didnt think for very long before firing the river. decided im behind against this guy's whole range and folded.

he can cold call with AJs and AQ, maybe even AK. along with his PPs which i think he will raise his sets on this flop and not float his missed sets. so i believe im behind something like AQ or AJ on the river. his bet is also pretty small and looks like value.

my preferred line after raising pre is cbet flop and barrel turn. obv folding vs a raise ott as well.

as played what do you think about the river fold?

Flop: i bet vs weaker players like this guy. Vs tougher opponents i checkcall this for balancing my checking range (good to be able to show up with some flushes xos u mostly cbet your flush draws). This is a good candidate as u have some SD vakue to go along with your hand.

Turn: i agree with cc here, coyld also make an argument for making a small bet of 1/3 pot.

River: he reps really narrow here so i just cc again. He could have some busted flush draws or suited broadways.
