He steals 32% bu. He folds 0/8 times to check raise after cbet. I raise because he can call with PP, Ax and I have nice equity vs him and nice FE. IS it ok bet river? I hope he calls with PP 66-JJ.

Since he dislikes folding to raise, should I raise him each top pair?

      Hey,

You can raise flop for thin value with top pair when that pair is Ten or better and have a nice kicker. You want him to have enough worse top pairs and midpairs to call you with in his range. If you c/r K6s on 643r for example he probably has too many better hands and you cannot get value.

On the flop I think you can also float with your equity. Raising should also be good as well. Barreling is thin because you rarely get value, it's probably one of the best cards to scare his small overpairs that have become second pairs on the turn since you would raise a lot of high flushdraws containing Qx. Considering how often you want to barrel him after you raise though, I think river is fine, you expand your value range quite a bit.
