      Fold preflop. Your hand is way too weak from UTG,

      As played pre, don't cbet such a low equity hand 3way. You don't have enough FE OOP on that board and you have next to 0% equity.

      but there are some fish in the table who folds to Cbet, board is very dry. With KQo and ATo should I raise preflop on this kind of table?

      Who are the fish you are referring to? KQ is lightyears ahaed of KJ. ATo seems quite weak still for me, depends a lot on where the fish is positioned and what will the others do usually against my raise.
