Hero shows Q:spade: K:club: (One Pair, Queens) (Pre 75%, Flop 74%, Turn 84%)
      Hero wins 196.5 BB

Last hand he called me from bu vs co with A7o and flop was 357 I cbet he calls, turn K and he called two more big bets.
So this time I 3bet and planned to stack off if I hit top pair because he seems to be fishy. He folds to 3bet 50%, and opens UTG 27%.
On turn I plan to check behind.

Preflop: Is this a bluff or value 3bet? What is UTG's opening range in this position? If it's wide enough I'll probably call. If it's pretty tight I don't mind using KQ as part of our 3bet bluffing range.

Based on your reads that he calls A7o OOP, and also the results here that he has Q9o, I think this is a reasonable thin value 3bet. I'm assuming he's some fish? Or is he some overzealous spewy reg who thinks he's Tom Dwan and can flat all sorts of crap OOP and win the pot? Folding 50% from UTG seems standard since a typical UTG range should be strong, but if he's opening 27% which is a typical CO opening range that changes a lot here.

Flop: Not a great Flop for us, so many straight draws on the Flop. We have 2 overs, backdoor straight draw and backdoor flush draw so I think cbet is reasonable. We must barrel many runouts though.

Turn: I think betting here is fine.

River: This is highly based on your expectations of his range. Vs a normal guy I give up here. Most players don't have that many JX hands (KJs JTs QJs AJ at the very most). Maybe AJ calls, KJ probably folds, QJs has you beat. Maybe he has some AQ floats too on the Flop.

But if he is so wide here like we can see, then shoving is good.

      a) He is less likely to fold JX if he's loose and bad
      b) He can have way more straight draw type of hands, like QT Q9 which can call 3 streets. We do lose to T9 and QJ though which is bad but I think overall we can have value here.
