I cold call because I assume he is a fish when he 3bets so small vs utg, and I dont know him, he could have QQ+, so I call just and plan to call few streets.

I am not sure if I should raise flop? I liked it to keep the pot small on flop. On turn, is it ok to let fish bet again and then raise? When utg bets, I see it as bluff so I let him bet river as bluff again.

      Hi.

Preflop: I think it's not exactly a great spot but I think it's ok if villain is super nutted here. You need to decide on his actual range and form a game plan

      1) Super nutted -> Just fold if you don't hit a set
      2) Semi nutted including AK and you think he will just bet once and give up unless he has an overpair -> bluff catch non A/K high flops and fold turn
      3) Wide -> call multiple streets if you have an overpair.

Flop: this is a funny spot. On one hand I want to raise here for protection and value. On the other I feel like pot controlling.

I think these min raising fishes often have overpairs here after taking such lines. Difference is that from my own experience they usually check instead of min betting. I think we can just regard the minbet as a check here. So I don't mind calling and evaluating Turn.

Turn: I think c/c and c/r R is fine here.
