SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K:diamond: Q:heart:

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 2 BB, fold, Hero calls 1 BB

      Flop: (4.5 BB, 2 players) J:heart: 4:diamond: 6:club:
Hero checks, BTN bets 3 BB, Hero calls 3 BB

      Turn: (10.5 BB, 2 players) A:spade:
Hero checks, BTN bets 7 BB, Hero raises to 16 BB, BTN calls 9 BB

      River: (42.5 BB, 2 players) 6:diamond:
      Hero checks, BTN checks

Hero mucks K:diamond: Q:heart: (One Pair, Sixes) (Pre 41%, Flop 25%, Turn 9%)
BTN shows A:club: J:diamond: (Two Pair, Aces and Jacks) (Pre 59%, Flop 75%, Turn 91%)
      BTN wins 40.38 BB

He steals 44% bu, and cbets flop 67% turn 33%. He oftens gives up when he checks back turn, so I float OOP with outs. When he cbets turn, I think he does it with all his air so is it enough to minraise him with 4 outs? Because I think with air he cant call.

Preflop: I think this could potentially be a 3bet for thin value. based on his stack size I would infer that he may be kind of fishy, but his stats tell me that he is probably some MSS reg who earned some BBs.

PostFlop: Based on the info you provided I think I like floating OOP. Turn is a weird spot. On one hand it's the classic spot for people to cbet bluff and we did pick up a gutshot. On the other hand he has a low Turn cbet of 33% which is super low by today's standards.

Overall I think it's ok to c/r turn and give up river. We may potentially be able to fold out some AQ AK hands if he's nitty enough.
