Vilain is laggy regular, I now he randomly raises F but gives up T unimproved, also he donks 3way with nuty draws, and saw him overplaying
bottom two on very wet board, he also spewed stack in 4 bet pot. His f raise is 21%, wts 19, w@sd 48, agg F 4 on all streets, with such info, I gues it is best to call flop, and fold to turn bet, becouse he can raise any two pair here, he vould most likly donked strong draws, and he raises with someting JT, or KJ and gives up unimproved, what do you think?

since it is 3way and you raised UTG and it is Axx board I would prefer just b/f flop. If you think he can make moves then call flop and shove that turn card.
If he has high to 3bet then you can leave out maybe JJ his preflop calling range and then you´re only against AJ/99+ all the draws.
Given your reads I would likely shove turn

      best regards,
