In retrospect, my bets seem to small: better to just bet 2/3 on flop en turn?

As played, what to do on the river?

      Villain is unknown.

      Hi.

Fold the river i think he has JJ JT T9 TT here pretty often.

The turn bet size is reasonable. Betting bigger makes more sense vs a weaker player when we want to make him feel more committed on the river with less money left behind

      Thanks.
