      Hey,

If you had a higher flush I think you can raise/call. With a hand like K high flush, possibly J high flush as well but with the lowest flush possible almost I think you have to raise/fold against him. His value range contains better flushes and FH plus we know he is passive, therefore won't bluff or thin value raise almost ever.

I don't see a reason to not bet flop. We have imediate FE and we can barrel later if called.

Yeah, betting vs missed cbet should be a default unless you know people play fancy OOP as PFR. The fact that villain is a stationy player might have induced a check from Hero imo. I do think we can win later but we are more likely to win if we bet IP vs the missed cbet.

Looking at this hand for a second time, I think raising turn also makes sense for us in some cases, though calling won't be -EV.

Bet vs check on flop depends on Hero mostly. If you are visiting this thread again, please answer this dzikson999: What is your plan on different turns after you check back flop? What do you expect villain to think you represent?

Well my plan was to bet large on some midl cards,I dont think i can rep brodways so i would check them on turn if he checks again .He was limping some good hands so i didnt saw point in increasing pot with midiocre hand and i thought i could out play him post flop easier. He was bething air and slow playing good hands so i was very suspicius in this hand but on river i convinced myself that his on some A2type off hand so i called but he had 99

OK, makes sense. You had a read and went with it on the flop but then changed your mind. Usually it's best to stick to what you've logically deducted. You've already seen him slowplay good hands and bet air so you can use that read in this and future hands. :f_thumbsup:
