Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 3:club: 3:heart:

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 2.5 BB, Hero calls 2 BB, fold

      Flop: (6 BB, 2 players) 3:diamond: 2:diamond: 3:spade:
Hero checks, BTN bets 5 BB, Hero calls 5 BB

      Turn: (16 BB, 2 players) 5:heart:

      River: (44 BB, 2 players) T:heart:
Hero checks, BTN bets 32 BB, Hero raises to 190.92 BB and is all-in, BTN calls 46.5 BB

BTN shows J:club: J:spade: (Two Pair, Jacks and Threes) (Pre 81%, Flop 0%, Turn 0%)
Hero shows 3:club: 3:heart: (Four of a Kind, Threes) (Pre 19%, Flop 100%, Turn 100%)
      Hero wins 195 BB

bb 3bets 5%, so I flat. Also this session I was 3betting 3% only, usually I would 3bet sb vs bu with small PP.

cbets flop 67%, turn 45%, river 1/1. I saw him couple of times barreling overpair 3 streets, so I was not afraid that he checks back river. Maybe better raise turn to avoid checking back with 88,99? Also I have a note that he has a hand when he barrels close to pot size.

I usually say that when your opponent's range is strong/unlikely to fold you shouldn't slowplay. That can apply here but since he is on the aggressive side and vbets thinly on the river you don't miss much value unless he is prepared to bluffcatch more if you raise turn and shove river instead of calling a river c/r. That's up to you to decide in game but the spot is good to check/call 2 streets with c/r river in mind, you basically get to c/r the river often.
