      I figured this was a bet none or bet 3times so given the board and my equity I decided to give it up. Not sure if betting once could be good.

      Since he doesn't fold much to cbets in a 3bet pot I think it's fine to not cbet but against a lot you can still cbet once instead of 3 times since they give you enough credit on the flop, esp Kxx flop. In this case, BU vs SB with that board I think you don't get enough credit and you lack equity so c/f is fine imo.
