UTG folds, MP raises to $1.50, Hero raises to $4, 3 folds, MP calls $2.50

      Flop: ($8.75) 4 8 J (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $4.50, MP calls $4.50

      Turn: ($17.75) 9 (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $8.75, MP calls $8.75

      River: ($35.25) 7 (2 players)
      MP bets $9.50, Hero folds

Villain bet/folds river 72%. I would've been very inclined to bluff raise him if the straight would have not completed but now I think he can have JT/9T/8T at least in his range.

Do you think is good to raise bluff a lot vs this villain on the river?

I would just fold here. I think he has the straight really often. You did not include hands like AT/QT and maybe even KTs with some backdoor draws. He has way more TX hands than you think, and I think he is going to have them way more often than he has air here.
