      Is it ok to play passive here? He steals bu 50%, and folds to 3bet 50% from bu.
      I saw him calling IP with 99, A8s, ATo so he might have anything here, but also I expect mostly to have better hand, and cant expect him to call call with worse than mine so I play passive.

      On this river card, I would call his shove, because there are less Qx in his range, and JJ would bet bet bet, and there are missed gutshots and fd.
      If K or A comes, then it is harder, probably I call on K but fold on A. I expect him to have many Ax hands, while KQ is unlikely given 2 Q on board and AK he 4bets. I would also call shove on J, because I dont expect him if he has AJ that he bets river.

      JJ 4bets pre, so this would be a pretty easy c/c down on a Q83XQ board. This is a very opponent dependent spot though. Also depends on your own checking range here. Maybe you don't really need to check any monsters here vs a mediocre player but vs tougher opposition it would be great if you check/called with the occasional QX or even AA/KK
