I think I should have cbetted larger, like 4.5-5$ because Kx, 78s calls anyway, sets call and slowplay so I cant get away anyway and is better to get max value from weaker? On turn I check to pot control, maybe get more value from TJs, QJs, and similar which fold on turn, and river I bet/fold because Kx calls, but checks behind if I check and better hand bets probably all in.

I don't like c/c Turn lead River. Doesn't make any sense to me at all. Personally I think BTN is likelier to be a slightly weak player. I would just bet slightly larger on the Turn and push River. Not giving him too many combos of 9X here because this is a 4way pot and people are less likely to call 2nd pairs when the PFR has shown so much strength.
