I saw that he 3bets a lot, and I 4bet cold quite often versus him with blockers, and he folds also very often. Additional reason to 4bet this hand, is because the next hand posted below, was in parallel happeing, so I would 4bet first hand even with air to show aggression and get less credit on the hand with QQ. I Is it ok idea?

I think making this play is fine some % of the time. Would be good if villain has a high fold to 4bet of 55%+, and if you have the positional fold to 4bet in SB that would be even greater, cos most players have a disparity between their fold to 4bet % in different positions.

I would just jam here directly.

      1) You are obviously committed when you put in close to half your stack and if he jams you will get 55/200 = 27.5% which effectively commits you with most hands vs a jamming range unless he only has AA/KK

      2) I think when he 4bets from 9->27 he is usually not folding here.

I 5bet min (only premiums, not balanced) because it works so good. This guy would never shove A8o if I would 5bet shove. When I min 5bet they still have FE and shove as total bluff. Probably if they analyse my 5bet game (unbalanced) they could adapt by folding, but as long as they dont and stack off bluffs I will continue.

This is a stacksize/bet size issue. If your min 5bet is to 30-35bb, you can still avoid committing yourself when you only put in 1/3 of your stack.

65bb/200 = 32.5%. But when you put in almost half your stack, you are giving yourself 25% pot odds. Just to give you an example of what this means.

Only a bad player like this guy thinks that you are capable of having a 5bet/folding range when you put in half your stack. his shove is extremely atrocious and if that's the case then your play is good, but against majority of opponents it's not good since you pretty much give them super good odds to call when it's obvious that you are never folding pre so they would not/should not jam random garbage like AXo here.
