Hero shows Q:heart: Q:club: (One Pair, Queens) (Pre 81%, Flop 88%, Turn 95%)
      Hero wins 90.74 BB

Should I shove river, or bet smaller? He folds 70% to 3bet and doesnt give up easily postflop. Call flop 71%, turn 67%, river 57%.
I was not much afraid that he has Ax on river, but the problem is that he can hardly call with worse. So would it be better to bet 1/4 pot size and call his raise?

I think this is a good spot to bet/bet/shove all your range that you double barrel. You will have some Ax, QJ, KQ, KJ type hands and you then have your QQ+ that can and usually will get value from Tx, sometimes even worse since your perceived range here will be quite polarised.
