      He rarely calls BU so when he does it's usually a pair or suited broadway imo that can also go multiway. He also calls the cbet so his range is very little air heavy, he raises only because he rarely calls but his range from preflop allows him to do that. I think turn is a fold. If he would float more you can consider check/raising turn instead of betting to make him fold as strong as Qx by repping QJ, JJ and other sets fairly well.
